The QM documents describe the knowledge about procedures and responsibilities in the performance and cross-sectional processes and make them known internally. They contain important information and guidelines for employees of the Montanuniversität that must be adhered to. 

The latest versions of these documents are available online and are intended for internal use. QM documents may not be passed on to persons or bodies outside the Montanuniversität without authorization (with the exception of completed forms for customers or suppliers, e.g. offers).

There are two ways to access the QM documents:

1. via process landscape valid documents for the selected process are listed.
2. via QM-Documente a list of all current documents appears.
